I know I am probably over-reacting and being dramatic, but I just went outside, and moved the run while the rabbits were in it. I was dragging it past the Forsythia bush (I don't leave the run near any plants, so the buns can't eat them), but as I went past, Pippin started nosing at and sniffing the Forsythia flowers.

He might have got some pollen up his nose or something?

Just reassure me, please lol, if you guys know that this would have done him no harm.
Thank you

Bunnies would love it, at least wild bunnies do, so not a problem even eating it -- unless it had been sprayed with insecticides. But sniffing it is definitely not a problem, LOL!

OK!! Thanks sooooo much! Cos I touched it, and pollen came off and stained my hand, and I just wondered if it might...cause Pip any damage or...irritation.

Lol! I didn't realise the buns would love it! No wonder he sniffed it rather excitedly when he was forced to walk past (the run was being dragged, so he had no choice but to hop along with it :p ).

Thanks a bunch Pipp- can always count on you ;)

Well I should back track on that, I don't know that bunnies love it, I just know that the wild bunnies here eat it, different from your bunnies, and I'm not sure if that means the flowers or the bark. Don't worry about casual contact, but don't feed it to him without further research!

No, no worries. I am too much of worrier to give the buns anything I wasn't 100% sure was completely safe.
I'd rather just buy them some yummy veggies than try out some new plants from the garden that apparently were safe, but I couldn't be positive.
:) thanks loads for the advice
