Pumpkin is a nine week old male how much should I be feeding him at the mo it's twice daily but he always seems starving when I do feed him like he hasn't eaten in weeks!!

Please help xxx

At 9 weeks he should be fed unlimited alfalfa based pellets and unlimited hay.

Rabbits always act like they are starving! It's kinda funny. My rabbit Buster runs over like his butt is on fire and then I put the food down, he eats two pellets and hops away...

They are optimistic; you just MIGHT be giving them a wonderful treat.

Young rabbits need enough food for them to develop correctly - I agree with OneTwoThree that Pumpkin shoudl be getting unlimited alfalfa-based pellets and unlimited hay right now. Be cautious about any changes to the kind of food you have been giving him though - younger rabbits are most sensitive to diet changes.

He has unlimited hay thanks for your help I had the feeling it wasn't enough as he's so young!!!

Hes an eating and pooing machine!! Lol
