I had the pleasure of seeing all these little guys a couple of weekends ago. They all seemed to be well (got to pet them to!!!). Not sure if they've all been neutered but I remember Rochelle, of Midwest, telling me how she had the vet they go to all booked up for neuters for the next month or so.

Well I wrote up an update for the rescue section (once its opened) but forgot I shouldve added something here!

The buns are all doing very well! I still have one of them (Nigel, the little tort dutch) here with me. I took him down to be neutered last week and he's doing great. Im actually thinking of possibly keeping him if I could bond him with either of my pairs. He bit my boy Basil yesterday though so Im not too sure. Im going to give him some time since he's only 3 mo and was just neutered. Hes very sweet though.

The other 4 are at the shelter and doing great. I went to visit them last weekend. Michael, the other tort dutch, is so friendly and loving. They are all scheduled to be neutered and should be done in the next month or so. Last I heard they had received almost enough to cover all the neuters!

Thanks so much to everyone who helped out emotionally and/or financially to make this possible. Its very inspiring to know so many wonderful people here on RO.

If anyone would like to know more about these bunnies or make a donation their website is www.rabbitrr.org

*hugs*

In today's mail was a letter from Jill at Midwest Rabbit Rescue and Re-home. Such wonderful rescue individuals!

Haley, I found segments of the lost thread including posts from Pipp and Sugar N Spice and TF. I could scan the pages or relay the messages in case you wish to post that info. I wish I had archived more of the thread posts. I will search for your contact info to PM you.

Again, a very lovely letter rec/ from Jill Pernicano at [email protected]

The rescue notes, along with pictures of Oberon taken by naturestee, will appear in our forthcoming SRR Newsletter.
