I assume it came from the doe. Use a flea comb on her to see if there are any more. I'll edit this with a suggestion, once I check a site.

Oops, I took too long to look things up & couldn't edit.

Anyway when using the flea comb, have some soapy water handy to dip the comb in if & when there IS a flea. If the rabbits are in a room that's dark at night, put a saucer or shallow dish with soapy water under a nightlight. This may attract any fleas to drown in the water.

To be sure you get all fleas, you must treat everything in the environment. Wash everything you can in hot soapy water, including any drapes. If you can, steam-clean any carpeting. The alternative seems to be treating it with either food-grade diatomaceous earth or a mixture of 8 parts borax to 1 part salt [use eye & nose protection], leaving it on the carpet for a week, vacuuming, disposing of contents immediately. Then you're supposed to repeat. I think the steam clearing sounds better.

For treatment of the rabbits or other pets, make a mixture of pepperment oil, lemon juice, & water & spray it around. I imagine you could apply a little bit right to the doe's coat. If there are a lot of fleas, I'd use food-grade diatomaceous earth, which is safe as long as the pets don't breathe it.

Also sprinkle d e outside in the areas the pets use.
