I have 2 mini/Holland lop does, one (the mother) has what we think is urine scold around her tail, the inside of her back legs and her hocks. I always used lantiseptic cream on my baby for diaper rash so I applied a thin layer on our bun and it seems to be working. But when we noticed she had urine scold she also had scabs and white flakes on the inside of her legs. It has all cleared up since putting the lantiseptic cream on her but now her hair is starting to think out between her shoulders and she has white flakes between them too. I noticed a flea on her head the other day and was wondering if that could be the cause of the hair loss and if the flakes might be caused from scratching? The first picture is under her ear and I was holding the hair out of the way. 1565326854578-1419106299.jpg 1565328099410-1158410586.jpg

I would suggest taking your rabbit to an experienced rabbit vet to get properly diagnosed. Revolution will treat fleas and mites, and is available as a prescription through your vet. If your rabbit is continuing to have urine scald issues, the vet should also check this out as well, as the most likely cause is a UTI that would require the proper antibiotic to treat.
