i had a couple people tell me my recipe sounded good. well, i made it for lunch today, so i thought i would photograph it was i made it to share with everyone just how i do it!
first i take my fish (today it was rainbow trout), and let it sit in lemon juice (fresh squeezed!) and lemon zest for a while. i bought this as one large fillet, but i cut it into more managable sizes (in this case, 4 mini-fillets)
next i get my dill ready. i fist cut off most of the end stem part.
now i get my george forman grill ready. this is the easy part, all you do is plug it in and wait for the light to click off
next i place a layer of dill down, drizzle it with olive oil, then the fish, then a couple lemond slices on top of that, then a few slabs of butter (or if i am being healthy, i skip that part), then i drizzle with olive oil, then i put another layer of dill on top of that, and once again i drizzle with olive oil
close her up, and let it cook! normally takes about 10 minutes, it really depends on the thickness of your fish
*while cooking*
*done*
today, we ate it with baby broccoli, soy beans, scallions and walnuts all cooked together with lemon
and it all platted up!
okay, there is my recipe for today!
