No longer no bunny no clue, I'm getting a large influx of clue lately but I still have questions.

#1, My daughter fed the bunny 2 WHOLE bananas this morning before I was awake and could stop her. Will the bunny be OK? Anything I could do to prevent digestive issues now?

#2, I know about coroplast for lining the bottom of a NIC cage. But has anybody tried using linoleum? or tile?

#3, Any particular cleaning products I should refrain from using around bunny?

#4, Bunny has no name. suggestions?

#5, For you guys with NIC cages, do you have a big door or do you partially take the thing apart to deep clean ?

And finally here's a picture of her.

No name bunny

1. Do you know if the bunny has had much banana before? Because if not, that could be trouble. Just be sure to watch and see if she's pooping and eating, make sure she isn't lethargic, etc. If she stops either, you're going to have to bring her in to the vet.

2. People have tried both and I think they have been sucessful. Just, if you use tile, do not have a shelf or anything because she could hurt herself jumping down on to such a hard surface.

3. Really, just anything that's toxic or a strong cleaning product. Also, do not use those aerosol air fresheners as they do cause repritory problems.

4. Hmm, is there a chance you could just post a pic on the thread? I hate clicking links, you never really are sure where they go and I can't afford a virus right now :p

5. The entire side of my cage opens, otherwise cleaning is a pain!

Oh goodness I sure hope your Bunny will be ok. That's way too much banana. I'd be pushing hay for her to eat. Hide the bananas from your daughter.:biggrin2::biggrin2:

I actually have an indoor/outdoor rug in Daisy Mae's cage (bought at Walmart). He litter habbits are excellent just the odd Doo Doo on the floor.
Buttercup's cage is just on a large rug with fleece blankets that I made for him. He also has good litter habits (even though he's 13 on Aug 8).

Now in Winston & Vega's cage I have a type of paneling and on top of that I have ceramic (cheap) tiles. Winston tends to pee where he shouldn't (outside the litter box) I actually put a towel under the litter box to soak up some of his pee pee. Poor Vega is such a clean bunny.
I have double doors that open out in W & V cage, single door in Buttercup's cage and one big double on DM cage.

Looking forward to seeing more pictures of you new baby.

How is she doing after eating all that banana?

No ill effects I hope.

Flopsy is a cute name. And really suits her. She's a Beautiful Bunny.
