I got a job. I was beginning to think I was going to have go the retail route for awhile. It is exactly the same position had before but with a different non-profit. Thank you God and all the saints!
Congrats on the job! and not to get off topic but I just had to agree here. We live out in the bush and only got to town a couple times a month, and usually go to the city to stock up on supplies once a month... now it looks like we might go out in total once a month. Everything has gone up so much. Grain/feed and our food has gone up so much I don't know how us regular people are going to be able survive if it gets any worse honestly. It's so bad right now. Everyone is having such a hard time. Grain/feed has gone so high and now with the floods in the farmlands, it's going to be worse.
We've decided that we won't be taking any extra trips into town now. When I take Lexi to volleyball - I will go to the grocery/pharmacy and things like that.... unless it's a dire emergency - we're not driving.
