finally able to get on the internet after ike

just thought i would check in and let everyone know how i am doing after the hurricane...

we are all ok except i lost blossome and ivy due to ike... we evacuated to my husbands work i took the rabbits and put them in the garage that was hooked on to the building we stayed in( it was brick) thought it would be safer than my mobile home (not) . the roof came off at 3 am in the morning while we were sleeping. I tried to get tpo my babies in the garage but i couldn't save blossome or ivy... it broke my heart to loose those to... I came home during the last part of the storm because my cousin was suposed to take my daughter out of the area didn't... so we went to look for her... she is fine... my home is ok... I lost my waterpump to my well and my trailer needs to be releveled but we are able to live in it. i just got my cable hooked up today but my internet is not working so I have to use my sisters.

I am so glad to be able to see how everyone is doing.... I missed you all

I did not experience the hurricane at all so I feel blessed,,,, but very sorry for you and your losses.

I'm very glad that you're back on the forum and hopefully the future will be brighter for you than it has been

I am so sorry to hear how badly Ike affected you, especially with losing Blossom and Ivy . I hope now that you're back, things will be better.
