I'm not sure if im feeding right!

They seem healthy so its obviously not bad - Nibbles has always had the same food so i can';t really chge now because before i found this place i didnt know about the different types really - so he just gets it from the local shop and he lvoes it.

The other two have pets at home food - well fluffball has some of the shop food then some pellets then muslie and dippy just has pellets and musli i will post pictures of everything they get in one day so you know....

here are some links to articles on proper feeding. Just because your bun love his pellets doesn't mean that it is good for him. he should be eating preferably a timothy pellet (if he is an adult) with high fiber, low protein and low fat content. A rabbit doesn't need any of the attractive cereal looking type pelllets that are marketed in pet stores. Just a simple good pellet.
He also needs a mixture of grass hays ex. timothy, orchard grass, meadow hay, oat hay, brome etc for good digestion and also to help wear his teeth down.

Read through some of the articles and you can get an idea of what's out there. Also check to se what othere RO members feed their rabbits.

You can make a slow transition from a unhealthy diet to a healthy one :)

but the thing is my mum and dad dont really listen to me about the bunnies dippy and fluffball havent been to the vets yet and i keep on at mum but for gods sake she wont take them. So to get them to start buying a different food i would have to give a reason thenshe wouyld say yes and never get it grr its so annoying....
