I'm a bit of a DVD collector (although not as many as Alicia! :p) I have about 60-70 DVDs at the moment. I buy them all cheap, on Amazon usually. The most I've spent on a DVD that I can remember is around £8.... I always get my Mum to buy the new ones!

I'm always wanting to add to my collection, infact I have a list of all the films I want to buy so I don't forget, and everytime I see something good it gets added!

I just today bought Fame, Nanny McPhee, The Sweetest Thing and Hot Fuzz. My favourite films are The Breakfast Club, Donnie Darko, Lolita (1998), Hairspray, Back to the Future, Footloose, Pirates, Narnia, Edward Scissorhands and Labyrinth... wow thats a long list!

So I was just wondering what everyones favourite films are, if they could recommend anything I should rent (or buy, its usually only a few £'s more to buy an older film than to rent it!) so I can add them to my list!

I forgot to list (which is part of why I even posted on this thread) - Disney's Three Musketeers with Charlie Sheen, Oliver Platt & Kiefer Sutherland. I don't think its true to the original story (which I'm not familiar with)- but I find it hilarious.

I splurged and bought it for myself on iTunes last week 'cause I really really needed something to make me laugh.

Well if you like hot fuzz, you gotta do shaun of the dead.

Both are favs of mine. :) I originally saw Shaum of the Dead when it came out, but only just saw Hot Fuzz the other day. Hilarious!

I'd list some of my favorites, but have a headache right now...will list them later. (Love love love movies!)

Ohhhhhhh Shaun of the Dead is BRILLIANT!! Cracks me up....

I love Hot Fuzz too, it was filmed in Wells, where my aunty works, I think that she shop she works in is in scenes at times, but I can't remember what it's called... It's about an hour or so from me! :D

Shaun of the Dead, ah, battering zombies with snooker cues to the music of Queen... it doesn't get much better than that does it?

I already have a few of these, I will post my list of owned DVDs in a minute.... maybe then we can add some new ones and discuss!
