Whats your favourit fast food and what is it that you frequestly order (specific) I like both McDonalds and Subway.

At McyD's I usually get the 6 peice chicken nugget mean with mayonaise and diet coke (and fry)

At subway I usually get a 6 inch BLT on italian herbs a cheese bread. With Double bacon, Onions and lettuce. Oh and mayo.

I don't usually get the meal at Subways because all they have is chips and gross kinds and pop thats so waterd down its horrible.

I despise McDonalds, and Subway, and Burger King, and all the rest... :p Ick!

I do like Chinese Take Away every now and then though. :)

I like Rally's...that's my FAVORITE. (It's apparently called Checkers elsewhere in the country. Not sure why they call it diff things in diff parts of the country, but they do! LOL!)

I like to get some sort of bacon cheeseburger there, as well as their YUMMY seasoned fries...they're the BEST!

I've got NO taste for all the other places as of recently, though...ugh...

There are lots of little places around LA that I like to eat at, too, but I'm quite sure they aren't elsewhere.

I like that McD's elsewhere in the world gives ya mayonnaise...the ones here don't ...just ketchup. LOL! I also hear that they give you vinegar if you want...my husband wishes they did that here...he LOVES vinegar on his fries! (He's Canadian. ;)) :)

I don't really eat fast food :).

My family is health junkies, and we eat strictly organic, so kinda hard ;)!

We do like to get Indian food though, but thats a resturant, not really Fast Food.

I also like Einstein Bagels :D!

I enjoy Sonic every now and then, and Blimpe for a sandwhich.

I haven't had fast food in months, though. I really don't like it...it's not healthy at all. I am currently trying to plan out an all organic & no meat diet for myself. The things they add to food these days :yuck.

One thing that I can never give up is a Hugo's burrito. Ryan and I eat at Hugo's once or twice a week. I get a bean, cheese, and rice burrito. We go there so much that the owner knows just what we want when we walk in....we just pay (and get a discount!), then sit down and wait literitally 5 minutes for our burrito's. It's quick there, but definitely not "fast food".

Not to sound rude but everything sounds awful and I'm sure I don't want ot eat Guy ding ..LOL
Everything sounds awful from the Chinese? :? I usually get Fried Rice or Chow Mein (which is just noodles), lol what's awful about that? :p I'd rather have that than what's in a chicken nugget ;). Fast food seems to be much bigger in the US, you are all talking about places we don't have here.

Just like the west gets Carl's JR and the east gets Hardee's. Same company, food, logo, menu and commercials but different names.

Edit : But as to where we go...usually a Teriyaki place of some kind. We have fast food everyday for lunch during workdays so if not at work Errik either cooks something for us or we go to a sit down restaurant.

I don't like hamburgers, so I don't really care about most burger places. I haven't been to McD's in a couple years. The burgers there are just icky!

My favorite is Subway. I actually worked at one for two years and had one of their sandwiches every single day, but I still like it. I'm cheap so I usually get whatever the special is or else a Veggie Delite. I get honey oat bread, shredded monterey and cheddar cheese (they got rid of cheddar slices, what the heck?), lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, pickles, olives, carrots and a couple jalapenos, then top it off with a squirt of the Chipotle Southwest Sauce. It has 5 g fat per serving so it's a lot less bad than mayo. Our store actually ONLY used low fat mayo, we didn't order the regular fat. No one ever noticed. We put it in the tuna and on people's sandwiches. Occasionally someone would ask for low fat mayo and we could just tell them that's what it was! Our Subway also had the Vegi Max, which was a veggie patty. Tasted good!

Since I worked at Subway, I came up with all sorts of yummy combos. When we had Greek Chicken Salads, I would take parmesan oregano bread, heat up some of the sliced chicken, sprinkle on feta cheese, then tomatoes, green peppers, olives and cucumbers. Top it off with a few shakes of oregano and maybe some of the vinegar blend. It was delicious and never on the menu, but I made quite a few for people!

EWWWW, Shiloh :grumpy::p. I worked at a Subway for a bit over a year. I ate a sandwhich almost every day, because that was all there was to eat!

I can now officially say, I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY hate Subway and will neeeeeeever eat there again if I can help it.

:biggrin2:

Aww, I love Subway! :p Particularly the sweet onion teriyaki sub, on some yummy toasted italian. Mmm. Veggie delite is also pretty good (I tried it one time thinking I wouldn't like it... then for the next five times I went to Subway, it's all I would get! )

As far as the rest goes, I'm in love with Chinese, Japanese, and Thai, but.....Other than Subway, American fast food tends to....hah, well, to -me- it seems pretty disgusting :? Not to mention that I get excruciatingly painful cramps for a couple hours after I eat anything with a particularly high fat content. (D*** you, inflammatory bowel disease! :() And sometimes....y'know....I mean, if something is so packed with fat/greese that it drips down your arm while you're eating it, I'd have to say that I don't want that kind of thing running my internal organs and such!:p

Arby's is generally my favorite. I love their curly fries. I like Wendy's for their 99 cent value menu.

Rally's fries are good, too. :)

I love Chinese! War Su Gai and crab rangoons are my fave.

Ha ha! You know, I worked at Papa Murphy's Pizza for one summer 4 years ago and STILL can't eat their pizza. I was sick of it within days. I like Subway still because there was such a huge variety of sandwiches, salads, wraps and deli roll sandwiches to pick from so it didn't get boring. Working there really cut down on my food expenses- since I worked full time (wellm at least 8 hours a day 6 days a week), I got a free 12 inch sub every day. I would have something like fruit for breakfast, then have a 6 inch sub for lunch and bring home another 6 inch for dinner. I spent like $20 on food every month.

Oh and I also like Arby's! We don't have one in our town, but whenever we visit Paul's parents we go once. I love curly fries.

Other than Subway though my favorite is Dairy Queen, though just one in particular. My grandparents have owned a Dairy Queen since 1952, they bought it a week after my father was born. It's in a very small town in Kentucky and is practically a landmark. KFC put in a store right across the street and they went ouf of business within a couple years because people wanted Dairy Queen. My dad has 5 siblings and countless nieces, nephews and cousins and everyone has worked there at some point. They've had the same people working there for 10-15 years (some way longer than that) and treat the employees very well and they give people food for free if they don't have any money. They also have a menu larger than ANY fast food restaurant I've ever seen... I forget what you call it, but there's isn't even a franchise and they can put whatever they want on their menu. That Dairy Queen is actually one of the highest grossing Dairy Queens in the country even though it's in such a small town. Oh and their food is also quite yummy and made with care.

I don't like McDonalds. I really don't know why - maybe the grease in the meat, the way they over do the mayo etc.

I worked at Hardees (Carls' Jr) when I was a teen and LOVED their hot ham and cheese but I got burned out on it. My favorite there was the Mushroom and Swiss, but they stopped carrying it so I stopped going there.

I love Taco Bell - chicken soft tacos, nacho supreme.. doesnt matter, I'll eat it.

I love Subway - either turkey, roast beef or bacon (or the occasional sweet onion chicken) with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, jalapeno, carrots, pickles... honey wheat or italian herb and cheese bread.

Cant stand White Castle.

I LOVE Jack in the Box (chicken fajita pita) but havent been there in almost a year. The service is horribly, horribly slow and just not worth it for me.

I cant think of any others because I dont go to them.

I very (very very!) rarely eat any fast food any more. When I was a teenager I used to frequent McDonald's a lot after they built one in my city (kinda shows how old I am...McDonald's was new to us! LOL), and then as I got older I absolutely loved Kentucky Fried Chicken. However, many years later (and a few years older) I stopped frequenting fast food places, because every time I ate at anything from their menus I felt so sick afterwards. And now that I'm vegetarian (and have dietary restrictions as well), they are just out of the question.

That said, I do sometimes break the rule and will get a veggie wrap on sweet bread at Quiznos. I love their wraps, and prefer Quiznos to Subway any day (my son will argue me on this one...he loves Subway). And - also very occasionally - I will pick up a croissant at Tim Horton's. :) Other than that though...fast food is off limits for me. (Visions of Supersize Me dance in my head every time I pass one of those places! :p)

****Just noticed what you wrote, Diana:

*Nods head in agreement* Yep, I have the same thing, only just a mild version. Actually I tend to think of it as a blessing in disguise, as (for me) it keeps me from eating a bad diet all the time...and I am fortunate that I don't have a severe case. Unfortunately I do feel very restricted a lot of the time, as I wound up with candida, so can rarely eat anything with suger, dairy, white flour, pasta, starchy foods, etc....but at least it forces me to eat well. ;)

I've never eaten there. One opened where I was a few years ago but their commercials turned me off completely. I never figured out if it was a squished white rat, gerbil or mouse they had singing their jingles on TV but I fear it was a joke with something dead they may have found in the dark, dusty corner of their dry-store room.

I've never seen those commercials...sounds pretty creepy! (Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a Quiznos commercial.)

***LOL!!!!!! I just looked one up on Youtube...you're right! Singing/weird dead hamsters or something. I can't believe that's a real commercial...it's gross!
