Alright, I have 3 buns. 1 boy and 2 gals. All were fairly young when i brought them home.
I have one boy, JD. JD has a very, "I'm better than you" attitude. I've had him for about 4 years now. He's neutered.
One of my girls name is Willow. I've had her for a year and a half now. I was told she's spayed, but i'm doubting that because of how territorial she is.
My other girl is Velvet. I've had her for only 9 months.

JD and Willow are friendly, but JD bullies Willow quite a bit. They haven't had much serious bonding going on besides when they first met. I brought them together in one of the bathrooms in our home with supervision. I had food for them to eat together and I didn't have any big problems.
They now are directly next to each other in there 2 width x 3 length x 2 height cube cages. I've seen Willow actually groom JD through the cube, and Willow waiting with her head down for JD to groom her, and of course he didn't. While they're together outside of their cages it's pretty good. They're fine eating together and everything. JD gets a little snotty sometimes, growling, scratching and nipping, nothing too bad though.

JD is well litter trained but has gone down hill since Velvet has came home... Pretty much everything has gotten horrible since I got Velvet. Me not having a lot of time to let them out may also be contributing to it. I've had a serious hard time taking care of them because the stress of them not getting along, and the 2 girls peeing everywhere to mark. JD and Willow seem to have gone crazy territorial. JD won't let Willow get anywhere near his cage or food while they're out. Willow is pretty much terrified all the time and rubs her chin on tons of stuff.

I've had rough times with owning my rabbits before, got through it fine. I'm just having another rough time. It's just that ever since getting Velvet things have gotten rough again.

I'm just asking for some reassurance and some help. I'm almost going crazy over this.

Sounds like the two girls need to be spayed if they haven't already. Your vet should be able to check this. Sounds also like getting the third rabbit might have been a mistake...I know that bonding can be a long process and even then can be easily disrupted. Hopefully, someone whose been able to bond 3 rabbits can help.

I'm afraid that usually "three's a crowd."
Is there a way you can keep Velvet in a separate room altogether from the other 2? It sounds like the first 2 were on their way to forming a bond and just the presence of the 3rd is messing everything up. Maybe with Velvet elsewhere, the other 2 good progress again.

I agree it would be good to check the spay status of your girls too.

I am definitely planning on making sure they are spayed! Willow i got from the humane society, they claimed she was spayed but I think they may have messed up on some paper work because of the way she is acting. Is there really a way of telling if they are spayed? Besides a scar how could they tell?
Once that is taken care of maybe there will be a chance of everything calming down.
