The buck I picked up the other night has very very bad stains on him from a rabbit in the next pen peeing on him. I scrubbed him with dawn dishsoap when I got him home and dried him really well. And it helped a bit.
Last night I sat here for over an hour brushing him that way the tips of all the hairs I could break up some of the stain.
I know he'll be shedding soon, I figured the change in food, water, and every other change will help that along.
But is there anything else I can do to put on the hair to help remove the stains? My boyfriends mom brought up the idea of the doggie tear stain shampoo. But I wasn't sure if it could be used on him.
