Our dear old tripod Bunny is almost 8 years old... A month ago we started to notice a small growth developing on his ear. It has grown a little bit bigger during the last few days but seem to have settled now. We know he is a senior Bunny and understand most of his medical issues. Just have no idea what this can be? His next vet appointment is in a months time. Will appreciate any feedback on this "mole". Is this normal for an older bunny. Thank you! It looks like papilloma to me. It is generally benign - just keep an eye on it, if it grows too much the vet might remove it, but if not you can just leave it and it might fall on its own.

Shouldn't be expensive to remove. My only experience with growths is that Bunny developed a lump under a breast. I had it removed. She was about 10 years old at the time. She had 8 nipples! It would have been expensive if the other 7 developed tumors!
