Dresser cage?

I have 2 young house bunnies. They are free roaming for the most part and are able to go in and out of their cage. I am looking for something a bit more stylish. I have plans on converting a dresser into a cage. Has anyone here done this? What wire/mesh should I use?

So this is my current set up. Her name is Lilith and before her I had Ozzy who was completely free run with a door less cage.he became a lil out of hand since he wasn't fixed so I had to limit his freedom.I invested in these wire squares with a grid in them.they are in expensive and that had them where I work.you can fix it how ever you like.secure them together with the connecting prices provided and some zip ties for extra strength.should cost you under 80 dollars.and these fixtures usually match furniture sizes.hope this helps

I think 1/2" hardware cloth is a good mesh to use. Just be careful with the edges and their placement, as they are very sharp.

Yes, Blue Eyes has done something similar. I think it tends to look pretty good but you also have to think about practicality and ventilation.

Thanks I found a buffet cabinet and took the back off for more ventilation. I am going to tile the inside. I will post pictures when I am done. Thanks!
