Definitely a site to check out if you are wanting to adopt/save/foster a dog! I heard about it on the news today.

That is so sad. I just went through it and looked at so many dogs in my area. My family really wants to adopt a dog, but our cats would be so unhappy. And I love my kitties. BUT... I dont know how to say this nicely, but when my kitties go on their way, we are defnietly rescuing a dog.

I understand, Silvie! I really want to adopt a dog too, but that will have to wait until Ryan and I get our very own place and everything.

The whole purpose of the site is to make you sad, so that you will hopefully step forward and help out the dogs. Sometimes, though, you just have no way to take in a needy dog. Donations of money and supplies can only help so much, but the main way of helping shelter dogs is to get them out of there and off of a kill list.
