Does anyone know what this small bump might be?

So I was just wondering if anyone knows what this might be? I have noticed she has been getting small amounts of build up in the corner of her eye. It's super easy to clean off but it comes right back. and then I noticed she has this tiny little bump on her water line I guess you would call it? or the outer part of her lid. It almost looks like a teeny tiny little sty.

Looks like a meibomian cyst. As long as it's not inflamed, they will usually resolve on their own.

Eye crusties are basically the same as people get, harmless and not an indication of an eye problem. Unless it becomes thickened sticky discharge, then that would indicate a bacterial infection.
