You can get sprays to disinfect bottoms of cagesthats what i use but there may be other ways lol but i normaly justgive them a gd scrub as do not want any mites, dieases or anything inthem xx

I use halfbleach half water to cleancage bottoms , as long as youhose them off completely and airdry till theres no more smell ofbleach it will be safeto use .

I found this disinfectant at Pets Mart a fewmonths ago. It deotrizes and everything, smells good, much better thanbleach. I use to use dish soap and Mr Clean. With this disinfectant allI have to do is spray it on, wipe it with a wash cloth and wait for itto dry.

As gypsy said recommended. I do rinse off the vinegar water blend after spraying.
