Dangerous objects found in Yesterday's News litter

I stumbled on this and thought it was interesting.
I went through our bag of YN litter and it seems fine. Perhaps the article is just outdated and YN changed their ways?

Yeah that it is pretty out dated. From what I heard YN changed the way they make it now. They no longer add the floor sweepings into the mix(which is where the bad pieces where from). I found bits of plastic in it when I used it as mouse bedding back in 2004. I stopped using it because it smells like dead mice when it's wet lol! I have lots of pet mice and I went through cages frantically counting trying too find who passed away. Then found out it's the bedding lol!
