As you all probebly know i have two bunnies; Daisy and Dandelion, Dandy for short.

Daisy has many threads about her as ive had many queries abouther and her behavier. at the min everything is ok and i am very happywith her. the 2 bunnies did use to live together when they were jsutbabies but once they mutured Daisy decided to start attacking Dandy atany opportunity and from then on have lived apart with only veryoccasional contact (nearly always by accident!) Daisy has not onlytaken her anger and her violent behavior out on her sister but also onme with grunts, growls, scratches, lunging towards me wiht her paws upand a couple of time has bitten me quite hard aswell! at present she isreasonably well behavied and i am extreamly pleased that i didnt listento my mum when she said i should give Daisy away and get a 'nice'rabbit instead! i wouldnt swap her for the world now evn though she hasmade me gone through a lot i have learnt many things and it has made ushave a much closer relationship (well im closer to her not sure abotuthe other way round!)

Dandy on the other hand has been virtually no trouble from thebeggining. she bares many scares from Daisy's attack butistill think out of choice she would still be living with Daisy. Dandyis a very laid back bunny who enjoy sitting on top off my little hutchcurled up or washing her self. She is very well behaved, well msot ofthe time she can be a bit cheeky at times! she does like a cuddle butnot for too long and if she has her feet hanging off the ground withoutbeing supported her back legs will shake so much! there notmuch else i can say about Dandy really but like Daisy i wouldnt swapherfor the world either!

Rabbit hopping/ agility is what i do in some of my spare time, mainly in the summer and spring time, wiht the bunnies. i think they doenjoy them sleves as it give them somthing to do during the day andmeans they have plenty of exercise!

Daisy is very fast, quite uncontrolable but a very good jumper overall.she doesnt really like being on the lead as it mean i have to be veryclose to her so usually she works on a piece of rope which works forboth of us.

Dandy needs lots of encouragemen while out walking on her lead. whileshe is jumping she will get very close ot the jump and then push offand gets over the jump but her back feet will nealry always touch thetop of the fence when she is coming back down, unfortunatly if thepoles clatter down this does seem to effect her performance after thisso i try to make sure the jumpers are stables enough for her to kickthem with out them fall ing down! i would say Dandy is a very neatjumper!

as you can see i have a giant Daisy plant in my garden and i was out inthe garden somtime during the summer and was tryin gto get ncie pics ofeach of the bunnies. i really wanted a nice background so started withjust grass but that was a bit borin so when i got Daisy out i saw thegiant daises and thought rite i should get them in the background!unfortunatly we didnt have any dandelions ou at the time as they hadall died out but once we have dandelions in the garden again Dandy willhave another photoshoot!! :bunnydance:

i was out in the garden earlier jsut a bout toclean out the greeenhouse, where 1 bunnie hangs out during the day, when i saw a box i had preiviously kept for bunnie entertainment. iquickly filled it with hay. pellets and treats much to the ammusment ofdandy by my feet. i then gave it to Dandy and as she started to play ithought i should capture this on video. i got a bit of hay and swappedit with the box as to not disapoint Dandy! rushed upstaris grabbed mycamera and ran back down again. your very lucky that the camera doesntpick up smell as it really did stink and that why i really went outthere! here is the video i got of Dandy-

i then gave the box to Daisy but as i cant really play with her as sheis still very scared of me i couldnt really encourgae her to play soshe didint really do much so i gave the box back to Dandy and fetchedthe treat balll and filled that up for Daisy instead so heres Daisyplaying with the ball -

*1 hr later*

the vid still hasnt loaded so ill post it another time!

Iwill post that video sometime but ittakes about an hour to load and if im on the computer at the same timeit slows ev-er-y-th-ing d-ow-n. lol :bunnydance:

Well -

Daisy has been coming in the house most days for about half anhr to an hr everyday for a week and she is getting better! shes muchmore confident than she was and i think it was the second time she camein she had a bit of a panic attack but hasnt had one since! this is allgetting ready for her to move into my room permently once i have acage, all the accesoriesand of course parents permisson!

Dandy has been very quite this week, mianly the end of it! imnot too worried at the min because it has been very cold and so she hasbeen hiding in her hutch much more than usual but i guess she is jsutkeeping out of the cold, wet and snow as we have had quite a lot overthe last few days!

thats all for now, i will update here again soon!

Thanks that took a lot of takes to get Daisy to pose in a goodpersition with the giant daises, which i thoguth was quite good becauseshe is quite giant compared to Dandy and daises are usually smaller! When we get dandelions out this year i will get Dandy to pose in them!I will post a pic of her on here then!
