As you all probebly know i have two bunnies; Daisy and Dandelion, Dandy for short.
Daisy has many threads about her as ive had many queries abouther and her behavier. at the min everything is ok and i am very happywith her. the 2 bunnies did use to live together when they were jsutbabies but once they mutured Daisy decided to start attacking Dandy atany opportunity and from then on have lived apart with only veryoccasional contact (nearly always by accident!) Daisy has not onlytaken her anger and her violent behavior out on her sister but also onme with grunts, growls, scratches, lunging towards me wiht her paws upand a couple of time has bitten me quite hard aswell! at present she isreasonably well behavied and i am extreamly pleased that i didnt listento my mum when she said i should give Daisy away and get a 'nice'rabbit instead! i wouldnt swap her for the world now evn though she hasmade me gone through a lot i have learnt many things and it has made ushave a much closer relationship (well im closer to her not sure abotuthe other way round!)
Dandy on the other hand has been virtually no trouble from thebeggining. she bares many scares from Daisy's attack butistill think out of choice she would still be living with Daisy. Dandyis a very laid back bunny who enjoy sitting on top off my little hutchcurled up or washing her self. She is very well behaved, well msot ofthe time she can be a bit cheeky at times! she does like a cuddle butnot for too long and if she has her feet hanging off the ground withoutbeing supported her back legs will shake so much! there notmuch else i can say about Dandy really but like Daisy i wouldnt swapherfor the world either!
Rabbit hopping/ agility is what i do in some of my spare time, mainly in the summer and spring time, wiht the bunnies. i think they doenjoy them sleves as it give them somthing to do during the day andmeans they have plenty of exercise!
Daisy is very fast, quite uncontrolable but a very good jumper overall.she doesnt really like being on the lead as it mean i have to be veryclose to her so usually she works on a piece of rope which works forboth of us.
Dandy needs lots of encouragemen while out walking on her lead. whileshe is jumping she will get very close ot the jump and then push offand gets over the jump but her back feet will nealry always touch thetop of the fence when she is coming back down, unfortunatly if thepoles clatter down this does seem to effect her performance after thisso i try to make sure the jumpers are stables enough for her to kickthem with out them fall ing down! i would say Dandy is a very neatjumper!
