cutting or shaving bunny - does it grow back worse?

Peaches has some very long wool on his backside - he,s a lionhead - if I cut it, will it grow back longer or thicker? It,s not because it gets dirty, so far it's always clean but it is "out there" sticking out - it bothers my daughter - would it get more dense if we cut it? I know angora bunnies grow back their fur, would another bunnies grow it back too?

Our double mane lionhead girl has long fur on her backside that does get dirty!
Her facial hair is also long and it irritates her eyes...so we trim her!

It won't grow back thicker.
It would have to be re-trimmed after every moult however!
I know Peppy seems to feel better once she is trimmed!

It does grow back, and grows back similar to the way it was before. No problem on keeping them trimmed.
