Curious as to breed of new bunny!

I just received Nala two days ago! I was told mixed dwarf, but I was just wondering if anyone might be able to let me know what some of the "mix" is! Thanks!


I was also wondering how long it may take for her to get more accustomed to me and the environment. She lets me pet her, but right now would rather sit in the cardboard house rather than play around the room (this is her second day here)!

I can't really tell what the fur is like from the photo, but I'd venture a guess of Mini Rex of Mini Rex mix. The body type, face and ears strongly resemble Mini Rex.

The fur is very soft and fluffy if that makes any difference/helps. Thanks for the help so far, from what I've just researched it looks like mini rex makes a lot of sense.

Does the fur fell any way like velvet, if so then it more then likely is a mini rex.

Am not a breeder, but my first thought was "Rex" because of the velevet look of her fur.

I would definitely say the fur feels like velvet. Now another question! Would it make sense for her to just be considered mini rex? On account that mini rex is already a mix of dwarf...Unless of course a rex was mated with a dwarf I guess...

Yes - if it looks like a Mini Rex, we can call it a Mini Rex
