I can safely say airbags... DON'T taste like chicken either.

:disgust:

That happened on Thursday and luckily the person who hit me is fine and so am I. We both ended up going to the hospital in two different ambulances.

Aside form being a little sore around the edges and having some cuts from the safety glassnothing major happened at all.

They'll have their seizure medication modified and I'll be getting a new car.

OMG I am so glad you are ok! What a shame about the car tho!

I've "tasted" airbag - and I've been burned by them! Not fun! but thank God for them!

Gosh, I am very happy that you are okay . How scary!

I was involved in a bad accident 2 years ago. They are not fun at all....neither are rides in the ambulance if you have a hottie parametic taking care of you and you are bumped up and make up is streaming down your face from tears :p. I was a tad dramatic about the i.v..

Oh wow, Leaf...I'm so glad you're okay...and hey, what more dramatic way to get a new car? Hehe...and the taste of the air bag...well...I think you should write to Pontiac and suggest that while they're making something that blows up in someone's face, maybe they ought to put candy powder, or some kind of yummy something on the "fabric" of the airbag. That way, you have one less thing to think about as it blows up in your face, hehe!! *laughing*

And Amy, I know what you mean...why is it that EMT's are always drop dead gorgeous? I was sixteen when I had to ride in an ambulance (anaphylactic shock to a medication), and BOY it was nice to have such handsome faces around me...hehe!!

I tell ya...EMT's and firemen....sheesh!!

How frightening! I'm so glad you are OK. I have a Grand Prix also and am glad to see you can have an accident that serious and walk away from it. Safe car!

Car crashes are aweful!

Make sure you wait a good couple of months before settling with your insurance company. It can sometimes take a few months for a car accident related injury to show up. Make sure you've done every physical activity you did before the accident and make sure nothing has been effected before signing off that you are not injured.

I'm still dealing with hip problems from being T-boned last summer.

When I was younger, I got in a car accident with my mom (drunk driver) and the insurance company was soo good to us.

They had gotten a very nice shower head with a hose because I was young and still din't know how to shower alone so this would be easier for me, Because my mom couldn't help (She gotten hurt)

And..well they were very good to us. And don't be affraid to mention a certain injury..My Brothers girlfriend works for a insurance company and she said even if you had..(example) Knee problems before, Don't be affraid to tell them..they will help you out and they don't know it was from before. (Can you belive that, Insurance broker..Saying that) :p

Anyways, Hope your feeling up to par...And R.I.P Grand Prix
