How do you bind coroplast? I was able to find 24 x 18 sheets of this but i'm sure i'll need bigger.

My husband suggested drilling holes and zip tieing together, that just doesnt seem right so I told him I would ask the experts lol.

The nice thing about coroplast is that it is hollow and ribbed. If you cut through the first layer you can fold it without difficulty. We use vinyl tape to tape it together or grommets and zip ties. You can use hockey tape on the back side and hold it together that way. If you are just drilling holes in it try and put a piece of tape down and then punch the hole. Coroplast will rip under stress after a period of time. We get all of our coroplast in 4' x 8' sheets - pay about $10 for them. Try a sign shop in your area and talk to them nice, they will probably sell you a sheet for $15. Other than that your husband has a pretty good idea. Too bad you are so far away, I'd sell you a sheet.

I work at a walk-in cooler co and I'm the purchasing agent. Called one of my adhesive buddies and he recommended this special aluminum tape that should hold if it gets wet. Its for cold applications so it can hold condensation, I just hope it can hold pee lol. Plan is to tape the bottom and hope it works! Ill most probably have rugs/blankies down too.

Built the frame of the nic cube...looks awesome!!!

If the sides are lined with coroplast would it be safe for there babies?

I just use duct tape. I do like the Duck brand as it is good quality and come in funky colours. I tape on the seams, both sides and the corners. It can be an issue if one spot gets really wet or the rabbit tries to pull it up, but otherwise works well.
You can zip tie it to the cage if you want. I just poke a small hole not too far down and warp the tie around a cage bar. You could also use 2 holes and make sure the tie will go around a bar.

I keep going back and forth with coroplast and wood floor. I'll probably go with the wood floor/sticky tile and use the coroplast on the bottom outside of the cage to keep stuff in, and just tape that in place, or at least try to lol. I'm also going to need coroplast to cover Bugsy from Oreo, i dont need a spraying war :rollseyes
