Don't know if anyone is interested in meteorology here but I wanted to share these cool clouds with you.
On Friday, August 3rd, we had some pretty strong thunderstorms here in Montreal. That evening, I was sitting outside with Bam-Bam and Mario when we noticed strange clouds. I had never ever seen anything like it and something didn't feel quite right. I went inside and checked the weather channel and sure enough there were warnings all over southern Quebed. I ended up looking for a cumulonimbus and well the whole storm line seemed to be one. Lol. Anyway, it was all developping right over my head and it was amazing to watch. It was simply beautiful. Here is a blog entry I found that relates to this storm system and explains it better:

Yesterday, a severe thunderstorm passed right over my head. I thought it looked particularly bad and checked the channel again. Well there was a tornado warning :shock:Lol. I got to see the funnel cloud. Those clouds seemed to be fighting each other in the sky. Theypassed over so quickly that I didn't bother with the cam. I called my younger siblings and told them tobe vigilant in case.It generated a small tornado in VT and caused some damage somewhere else in Quebec too. It was quite spectacular to see though. I should be a meteorologist. I have that instinct...
