I have just started babysitting for my upstairs neighbour. Destiny is 3 months old and what a doll.

Destiny will be with us for a while, so the bunnies had better get used to the fact that she is around.

Pez we do not let out while the baby is here, he is not neutered yetand I do not think Destiny's Mother would appreciate Pez claiming herfor his own (spray).

Gracie is too skittish to bring her near the baby, she might panic and who knows what might happen.

That brings us to Cleo..... Yesterday,I sat on the floor withthe baby on my lap. She is cooing and gurgling. Cleo takesnotice and does that long body stretchy thing and tries to get as closeas she can without really moving LOL.

You can almost hear Cleo's thought process... "Oh crap, now what have they brought home!"

Cleo finally gets the nerve to come closer, close enough to sniffDestiny's toe. THWUMP... Destiny kicks out her footand connects right on Cleo's nose! Cleo jumped 10 feet offthe floor and ran to the other side of the room. She kind ofcocker her head to the side, and scampers back to the baby. Iheld the baby a little higher just in case Cleo getsaggressive. She stands on her hind legs and sniffsthe babies toe again. Kicked in the nose again... poorbaby! Off Cleo runs. It has now become agame. Cleo must have been butted in the nose 6 times beforeshe smartened up and came around the other way and sniffer Destiny frombehind. No satisfied that Destiny is not a rabbit, she goesoff to play.

Today, I have Destiny and as soon as I brought her in,Cleo isup on her hind legs, almost begging to see the baby. I sit onthe floor with the baby. Cleo perches on my leg, and nuzzlesthe baby and gives her a kiss on her cheek. Up goes thebabies hand and Whack! ... There goes Cleo, ass over teakettle! LOL

Is it just me or am I the only one with nutty bunnies.

I swear they have no idea that they are bunnies! Has there been any documented testing on their intelligence?

I don't know if there is any tpye of bunny intelligence testing. I'll have to look around and see.

No you are not alone. The Zoo Crew never ceases to amaze mewith how smart they are. Mine don't realize they are bunns that's forsure. Especially Wollo. He's the biggest baby I have. I swear he's akid in a bunny suit.
