hahaha! Wanna know something funny?
I just checked the name of that website (what's cooking america) and realized that I actually know the woman who wrote the cookbook and that recipe. She went to my church when I lived in oregon. We actually have a signed copy of her cookbook.

I was researching local churches at one time, and post on a christian forum - A lady waaaay out of my state said she met a lady from my home town who goes to a church here. She had the lady's picture in her avatar and when I got to looking at it I realized I know HER.
