So, I've been thinking a lot about possibly adopting a chinchilla or two. I've done quite a bit of research in books and some online, but haven't been able to find a good, popular forum to search as well. So I figured I'd ask here. I mean, we're all animal lovers, right?
I've already contacted two breeders in my area and have made contact and filled out an application with a rescue organization. I have no idea whether I'll be accepted or not as some rescues tend to be finicky if other animals are in the home. But, we'll see...
