Chewing the base boards

Hi does anyone have a magic potion that would stop our two little rascals from chewing the base boards in their room.

They have all kinds of toys including wood, cardboard, tissuepaper(white of course), which they play with. But they stillmanage to chew on the base boards. They don't chew on thecarpet, thank goodness.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try some bitter apple spray... They sell all kinds of sprays at local pet stores!

Another idea is that if the baseboards aren't painted, but just wood,you could put some tabasco or hot sauce on a towel, spray somefurniture polish on it, and rub it onto the wood. It won't do anythingto the wood, but most rabbits will get a taste of the hot stuff and notwant to have it again and leave it alone.

(Tucker, of course, is a hot food fanatic. He licks it off the wood like a lollipop. :disgust

Most rabbits will not like it though and it's of no hard to them at all.
