Respiratory Disease in Rabbits

http://www.vin.com/VINDBPub/SearchPB/Proceedings/PR05000/PR00294.htm

I was specifically hunting for info on allergies in rabbits -- notfinding much that would indicate that rabbits commonly sufferrespiratory symptoms from allergies. One article mentionedthat the organ most susceptible to allergic reactions in animals istheir skin -- not the respiratory system. However, I haveseen a horse have an allergic reaction (swelled up like a balloon) andhis nose was running and he had runny eyes -- but no sneezing.

Environmental irritants such as dust, chemicals and smoke can cause respiratory irritation in rabbits.
