I see all these rabbit scratch boards mostly made of cardboard and I'm wondering if those are safe for buns. I could so see my bun having a great time with one but I want to make sure they're safe first.

Following.... I was also wondering what toys can be bought like baby toys hard plastic ones. Maybe the good wills would have a good selection.

When it's simple cardboard it's safe. But, well, rabbits don't scratch, or play like cats, they mostly enjoy schredding that stuff, or rearrange it (throwing it out of their way). Simple cardboard boxes would have the additional benefit that they can hide in it, you can rearrange them and hide food between for them to explore, etc.. And there are many places where you get those for free.
There's already enough plastic around, for my taste.

My rabbits like putting things in bowls. I had one rabbit that I could not put his food bowl next to his water bowl, or he would pick up his pellets and drop his pellets in his water.

Omg! My bun does that too! He puts his toys in his water bowl, especially toilet paper rolls. It's quite funny.
