Carnations & Toxicity

A fellow bunny owner on another forum hasrecently run into this problem. I figured I'd just post it here, ratherthan have her have to register and all that jazz...:

Does anyone have any info on whether carnation flowers arepoisonous for rabbits? My rabbit just ate a couple of buds and I can'tfind info anywhere. I've tried the House Rabbit Society website, butthey just talk about house plants, not cut flowers!

I haven't been able to find any information online. Does anyone know if these are potentially dangerous??
