It would be fine in the litter tray. Quiteexpensive though. You should use Woody Pet instead. Under 6 bucks for a30 pound bag.

where could one buy woody pet?

Woody Pet? I think you can purchase it in your local Petsmart or Petco...

Well, where I live, it's around $3.00...

So I think it wont cost that much...

There is a whole thread about it here called "Woody Pet". I think the thread is 2 pages long.

Carefresh is fine. That's what Iuse. Woody Pet can be hard to find in some areas.Try Tractor Supply Store, Rural King, or local horse supply stores.

i use carefresh and i like it, so do the buns.it is quite expensive compared to other alternatives.Stilllooking for woodypet though.....

Here are a few of the other manufacturers that make products that are similar to Woody Pet:

ABM
Dry Den
Equi-Litter
Equinepine
Gentle Touch Products
Guardian Horse Bedding
Lone Star Bedding
Magnum Horse Products
Pine Stall Horse Bedding
Pinnacle Pine Horse Bedding

Kaytee also make a wood pellet litter, but it is VERY expensive incomparison. Some people have use Feline Pine with good results, too.

LOL! That's so you, Jim! I love it.

Another good brand is Yesterday's News. We used that before finding theglories (and price savings) of Woody Pet. Chompers did not likeCarefresh and let us know about it.

Woody Pet hands down is the best litter, as far as price and odor control. All around it's the best out there I think.

I love Woody Pet!!:D

I've tried several products for litter. We started with just plainnewspaper, switched to aspen shavings, then Carefresh, followed byYesterdays News, and finally Woody Pet.

I wouldn't use anything else and would go to great extents to haveWoody Pet for my bunnies. I've been known to travel more than 100 milesto buy it ;).

I feel really lucky now, JimD. Yesterday afterwork I stopped at this feed store for the first time thats about 3miles from my house to get some hay. While I was walking through thestore I happen to notice a big pallet full of Woody Pet. Rock &Roll !!

I've already been using it, but I had to drive to anAgway story about 10 miles away from my office to get it. This willmake it quite a bit closer for me and it's on my way home from work.Dante' loves his Woody Pet.
