yes they can. It is high in calcium so it's more something for a growing rabbit rather than an adult.

Ok thank you. Hes 8 months.. I have read online it is full of calcium so i will just give it to him somtimes thank you

Yep 
both my boys love it.
As with anything, make sure to introduce it into his diet slowly, and see how it affects him
