Can I substitute a cooling pad with ice bottle pack?

I bought an ice pack (liquid in a square bottle) meant for fishing. But my fishing trip was cancelled and I was wondering if my rabbits could use it instead. Urgh the weather here in Singapore,.. It's crazy . :X:grumpy:

I always use just a frozen ice bottle and that works well for my bunnies. I'm not sure exactly what liquid the ice pac khas in it-it may be something that wouldn't be good if the bunny chewed into it. I'm not sure.
