I found one on allrecipes but i'd rather not deepfry it, because the deepfryer is in the back of the front closet and hasn't been used in a while and i'm not sure if the oil in it is good or whatever. I have a skillet, a normal large skillet.. do you think that will work ? I have a splash top I could put ontop of it.

Okay, Another question. What do I mix in the flour. Or it it just plain flour.

Alsoo... I'll double dip it in milk with a few shots of table cream.

I can't help with the fried chicken really but I just had to say that I right about died of laughter as I read that last sentence... :p

Probably too late, but I made "oven-fried" chicken on Sunday. You melt butter in a 9x12 pan in the oven (at 425 degrees F). You dip the chicken in butter and then the flour mixture and then put it back in the pan and back for 30 minutes, flip it over and another 20-30 more minutes. It turns out like fried chicken but less mess and work.

The flour mixture I used 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs (to make it crunchier - you can also use mashed corn flakes), 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon peper.
