Okay, this is seriously a long shot but is there anyone in Edmonton, AB that would be willing to "board" a bunny for me for exactly one week?

I've committed to providing a Holland Lop buck a home from one of the breeders from Saskatchewan attending this weekend's show. However, my house is pretty hectic right now because there are renovations being done, moving of furniture, etc. and I honestly don't think that's a good environment for a new rabbit to be in!

I am willing to pay a small boarding or "babysitting" fee for the 7 days with some of the feed that he's currently eating at the rabbitry.

If you think you are able to help, please let me know asap. Thank you!

Sorry Kathy, I'm not close enought to you to help, but have tried calling boarding facilities or vet hosptial to see if they board bunnies or they could give you a number of one if they know of any.

Good luck

I think we've got this solved, LOL. I'm taking him for the week. :DSo be prepared for a ton of pictures.

I promised my family I wouldn't come home with another rabbit this time but 'borrowing' a rabbit is a whole different story... right? LOL.

MBB..you are awesome! This is just too great..what a small world!

Edit: BTW, Kathy:this little bunny will be staying at a very loving home!

Now, now, don't tell her that... she may be scared off if she thinks I won't give her bunny back. ;)

Well, it is a possibility, isnt it? jk.

Glad this worked out! We're gonna need to see some pics though for sure!

You mean you're actually planning on giving the bunny back? :huh
Yup! Unfortunately, I don't think Spice would appreciate another rabbit! Even one as cute as this...

Laura, you are such a star :)!

Is that the actual rabbit you are looking after? He is just gorgeous. And who knows - maybe Spice will have a chnge of heart ;)

Yep, that's the actual bun!

I think he will be rather comfortable to say the least. He gets to stay in an extra large dog kennel on the covered deck and he gets to run around in the yard.

:ponder:Maybe this will make Zoey feel jealous and suck up to me... therefore making her as friendly as she was before her spay... ;)
