I'm not sure I understand what you want to do, but I'll give it a go......
Are the pictures already saved on your computer?
On my home computer the pics are saved automatically in the "My Pictures" folder. I have a program that came with my digi-cam that downloads everything for me.
The "My Pictures" folder is in the "My Documents" folder (on my pc).
You can copy and paste the pictures into the "My Pictures" folder, if they are saved in another folder such as "My Documents".
You can then either send the picture from there by opening the picture and going to:
File > Send to > Mail Recipient as attachment
or
Open Outlook, go to:
Insert > File > and then locate the pic file that you want to attach.
I'm lost when you get to where you said "
as i cant find the send button in outlook"
It should be right in the upper right hand corner of the mail your attempting to send:?
