I wish I could take Floppy, Toni.

It breaks my heart to hear that the little one is in a small cage and unable to reach the bottle.

That poor animal - and the others that experience the samething.

I wish I could take him, but I can tell you thatyou should go to the store and ask to speak to the manager. You need to tell him/her what the problem is and that something must bedone. You can even threaten to report them to the SPCA, yourlocal humane society and the New York Department of Agriculture (theseare the people who truly regulate pet stores). You have tofollow up on this. If things are not changed, you need toreport this. The Dept. of Ag. would be one of the moreimportant because they have a person who polices this I know you havehumane law enforcement, so they would also be reallyimportant. Both of these organizations can fine the store andactually shut them down unless improvements are made (most likely, thisis not the only problem at this store).

I'm not sure how old you are, but if you are worried that you won't betaken seriously, you might want to take an adult with you.

I actually had a customer come into the first store I managed, before Iwas management, and threaten to report us for the set-up of 1 reptile(I know have these myself and realize how badly they werekept). She brought us a sheet on the proper set-up andcare. He was given proper housing and care immediately, thatvery day.
