Can A rabbit get autism?

Because some rabbits are aggressive, that is why I’m asking.

Aggression and autism are not the same thing. Usually aggression in a rabbit can be linked to some cause... hormones, territorial-ness, fright (from being in a new or unfamiliar place), etc.
