Does anyone know of a safe product to use? Replies are much needed :)
my number one choice for all the above is (imidacloprid)-9.1%--or advantage--reading the directions is a must.//.i like the orange box--it goes by weight.//.any insecticide misused is deadly,--read the directions very carefully,...there is another product i have tried with great success--but others frowned upon it,,it is sergeants gold in the green box for cats/kittens under 5#,,this is as effective as advantage,,again read the directions and apply only one drop to the backside-skin of the neck----sincerely james waller--advantage is available at a local farm supply store/veterenary services,,and gold is at target or winco:big wink:

Personally I prefere Revolution (selamectin). It is related to Ivermectin, but is said to be tollerated better.
It works on both fleas and ticks (advantage only on fleas, not ticks).
I don't know of anything that repels mosquitoes and is also safe for rabbits. If you find something, I'd like to know too!

Here's additional info on imidacloprid toxicity and rabbits (Advantage):

Ingestion can be lethal, so as James pointed out, follow directions carefully and be sure another rabbit does not lick the product off!
Well, my bun licks himself often so I don't know where to find a product safe enough for him.
