I recently bred my two bunnies, i show, and i'vejust begun this little rabbit menagerie. i know the basic rules ofanimal husbandry and have the 1970's edition, i believe, i didn't lookit up, of the ARBA's Guide to Raising Better Rabbits. It's got a fewarticles on breeding. Does anyone have any suggestions that you getfrom experience or some common things that can go wrong?

thanks a bunch,

Hello,

I just got 4 rabbits and they are very young I was wondereing how youcould tell if they are male or female. I was told they had tobe 8 weeks old My kids got to pick them out for Easter. So now I haveto do some research on them. Your help would be appreciated.

Thanks Kristina

The most common thing that goes wrong is the doedoesnt use the nest box.I like to use a solid floor cage for first timemothers.others put in more than one nest box.watch her like a hawk incase you need to rescue them. The second thing is they chew up thebabies.or they dont feed them.bluebird
