I can't say if that one in particular is safe for rabbits as there aren't any official medical listings that I've seen.
If you think your rabbit has an eye infection, it would be best to see a good rabbit vet to determine if that's what's going on. Runny eyes in rabbits can have different causes. Not always an infection. It could be that your rabbit just has a bit of debris in there and just needs it flushed with sterile ophthalmic saline, or it could be a corneal ulcer, a blocked tear duct, or just an eyelash rubbing. Then there are the possible dental implications.

If there was no sign of sticky white discharge(sign of an eye infection), or white clouding of the cornea, I would first try carefully flushing the eye with sterile saline(natural tears type eye drops). If that didn't clear it up that same day, next step would be seeing a rabbit vet soon after.
