This guy seemed too cute to pass by...thought I would share it as well.
Oh and these are all free patterns from Lion..
Size I hook or 5.5.mm
They used: Recycled Cotton Sand
Need some blunt needles, polyfill

BLANKET
With 2 strands of yarn held tog, ch 2.
Head
Note: Head is worked in continuous rnds; do not join or turn.
Rnd 1: Work 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook; place a marker to indicate beg of rnd; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around â 12 sc.
Rnd 3: *2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc; rep from * around â 18 sc.
Rnd 4: *2 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc; rep from * around â 24 sc.
Rnd 5: *2 sc in next sc, sc in next 3 sc; rep from * around â 30 sc.
Rnds 6â11: Sc in each sc around.
Rnd 12: *Sc2tog, sc in next 3 sts, rep from * around â 24 sts.
Rnd 13: *Sc2tog, sc in next 2 sts, rep from * around â 18 sts.
Rnd 14: *Sc2tog, sc in next st, rep from * around â 12 sts.
Do not fasten off.
Blanket
Note: Work now proceeds in rows; turn at beg of each row.
Row 1: Ch 2, turn, 2 hdc next 6 sts; leave rem sts unworked â 12 sts.
Row 2: Ch 2, turn, 2 hdc in first st, hdc in each st across to last st, 2 hdc in last st â 14 sts.
Rows 3â12: Rep Row 2 â 34 sts
Row 13: Ch 10, turn, hdc in 3rd ch from hook, hdc in each ch and st across â 42 sts.
Row 14: Ch 10, turn, hdc in 3rd ch from hook and next 7 ch, hdc in next 34 sts; leave rem sts unworked â 42 sts.
Row 15: Ch 2, turn, hdc2tog, hdc in next 30 sts, hdc2tog; leave rem sts unworked â 32 sts.
Row 16: Ch 2, turn, hdc2tog, hdc in each st across to last 2 sts, hdc2tog â 30 sts.
Rows 17â29: Rep Row 16 â 4 sts.
Row 30: Ch 2, turn, (hdc2tog) twice â 2 sts.

With 2 strands of yarn held tog, ch 2.
Rnd 1: Work 4 sc in 2nd ch from hook; place a marker to indicate beg of rnd; move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Rnd 2: *2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc; rep from * around â 6 sc.
Rnd 3: *2 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc; rep from * around â 8 sc.
Rnd 4: *2 sc in next sc, sc in next 3 sc; rep from * around â 10 sc.
Rnds 5â10: Sc in each sc around.
Rnd 11: (Sc2tog) 5 times â 5 sts.
Fasten off.
FINISHING
Stuff head and sew closed. Sew Ears to top of head.
Edging
With right side facing and 2 strands of yarn held tog, join yarn with sl st in edge of blanket below head, work sc evenly spaced around blanket edges to opposite side below head, working 2 sc in each corner.
Tie hands in knots. With brown yarn and following diagram, embroider straight st eyes, nose and mouth.
Weave in ends.
