Hello all,
Thank you for reading my post. My bunny Asa is terrified to walk on hardwood floors. I adopted her 2 years ago and this has always been the case for. her. The problem now is that I am moving to a new condo (Sept 1st) that is only hardwood floors. I will get area rugs but still the majority of the condo will be hardwood. Has anyone experienced this issue before? I know that she can in fact stand on hardwood (she has crawled off an area rug in our guest room, under the bed which is all hardwood), but she won't cross big sections of hardwood. She has no issues standing on other slippery surfaces (cardboard, plastic). I can't do more than add a couple area rugs to the new condo, but I want her to be able to comfortably freely roam and I am worried that the hardwood will limit her.
Anyone who has experienced this and/or has advice on how to help her overcome this would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you and I hope you are well amidst this challenging time.
