She's eating well , I don't know how well she's drinking water.
But she eats a bit of her veg and pellets .
And hay.

Running around a bit .

It sounds like she’s getting Stasis. Does she eat all her veggies or just nibbles a few and leaves it? And also how much hay does she eat roughly?

Around her normal amount of hay , she ate some of her veg while she was running around then just went

To sit down and has been sitting in the position in the picture ever since

I think she is getting stasis because her poops are misshapen. I would give her 1-2ml of Infant gas drops every hour for 3 hours, and then 1-2ml every 3-8 hours, or as needed. If you don't have gas drops you can brew fennel seeds into a tea (no honey) and syringe it to her once it has cooled. If she does not eat or poop for 8-12 hours I would call your vet. Offer her lots of fresh leafy greens (lettuce, parsley, cilantro) dripping with water. You can also give her a tummy massage to help with gas.

I don't have fennel seeds or or gas drops ,

You can also use peppermint tea, dill seeds, or chamomile tea.
Some other things you can do are:
  • Make your rabbit run around. It may be that you must push her around and make her mad in order to get her moving, but it will be worth it. Moving around will get her gut moving.
  • Give fresh pineapple juice. It can help with dissolving hair in the intestines which could be clogging her up. If you don’t have fresh pineapple you can use canned pineapple, but it does not work as well.

She's running around again .
I only have canned pineapple , and no chamomile tea , dill seeds or peppermint tea . Sorry.

Is it possible to go out and buy gas drops or fennel seeds?
No , i have no money ..
And my parents have no money , i will double check if i have any of those things , because you never know .
She's running around and has pooped like 48 times .

Are all the poops normal looking? Her running around is great! If you give her tummy massages, she might be able to manage without the gas drops/tea.

I normally use a heat pack and hold it up against Theo's tummy to get the gas warm, then I do the back and forth motion to get the gas moving. I don't do the bouncing motion because he hates it.

Wrapped in a towel. Don’t put direct heat onto the rabbit unless it (the heat pad) is insulated already and won’t burn him
