Hi all Well my son and Bun Jovi have moved into their new home. It's a mile from me so I get to do regular well bunny checks. :zoro:
I just wanted to share with you all her new room. We're quite proud of it and it fits her perfectly. Everything has been thoroughly chinned and claimed, and we're pretty sure that she's pleased.
This is right before we brought her home from her spay last week, so it's about as clean as it will ever be.
We lined the baseboards with little flower bed pickets mounted with double sided mounting adhesive. I folded her X-Pen in half to make a gate for the front of it. Don't ask me how, but that worked out so perfectly! I bought a roll of thin carpet for $20 at Home Depot and cut it to fit her area. She has two windows to let in the natural light during the day while my son's at work. LOL he leaves the radio on for her while he's gone.
All he has to do is say bedtime and off she hops to her room. They've been excellent roomies so far except for some carpet digging that he does not appreciate one bit.
And below is a photo of her enjoying her very own space. No more cage!! (Not that she didn't appreciate her nice, large cage, but this is so much more liberating me thinks).
