Star and Stone Rabbitry

I never realized how much some of my bucks actually sprayed until I moved them to the new building. At first I thought that it was my goat making all the mess on the ground. But since I moved my goat into the barn two days ago, I've noticed that it was mainly the rabbits.
When I go out to the rabbitry every morning, I open the door to find "pee spots" that have been sprayed all the way across the linoleum floor. I've been mopping it up, but really... is there any possible way that I can stop them from doing this? I'd like to keep some things in there, such as an embroidered rabbit bag I got at a show. But I can't because it always ends up with pee stains on it.
Oh, that's another thing. After about a week, there's pee on my windows. The windows are probably about 4 feet from the closest cage! What can I do to make this stop?
