It's very very cold this morning! Schools didn't delay because it was 1° F at 5:30 a.m. when they usually make the decision. By 6 a.m. it was -5° F. Luckily this is the end of the cold weather for a few days! By tomorrow it's going to be in the 40's! It will seem like tropical weather then! LOL!

Patti, SHADDUP! ;) I can just see her "florida warm" pictures now! :raspberry:

Same here - It's bitterly cold despite the sunshine right now.

This weekend should be much better though.

Don't worry about me mouthing off today, lol. It was 33 degrees when I got up this morning. Many area of FL got down in the low 20's last night. The high today is only supposed to be 50 degrees! I'm bundled up in a turtleneck and cardigan and have my space heater running.

I would LOVE 50 degree weather.

This morning my car was sooo cold. The radio said it was 1 degree but with the wind it felt like -7. My car said it was -3.

BRRRRRRRRRRRRR is right! -6F(-18C or somewhere around there) on my way into work this morning. I refuse to shovel the last "dusting" of snow off the driveway though because we are expected to get up to a balmy 40F on Saturday. I might break out my shorts:p

LOL! And I thought I was bad for moaning about our 1*C weather!! :p

I guess I can't complain that its only 61 right now and supposed to get up to 72 by 4 pm.....

Right?

Our low today, so far, was 5 "feels like -11"
Right now it's 9 "feels like -10" but the snow flurries stopped and it's nice and sunny.
This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the wind and the fact that I had to walk about .5 mile up hill to get to my bio office hours.
Oh well, this is what I signed up for when I decided it was a good idea to leave Los Angeles.

NO COMPLAINING! :X;)

Patti, that IS cold for you! OMG!

Dave, we're expecting 60° by Tuesday! WOOHOO! Shorts and a tshirt that day!

Alrighty, crybabies... Try -32 C on for size... That's -25.6 F for folks in the States...

Needless to say, the car didn't feel like going ANYWHERE this morning!
Will post pics of all our snow (I think we're at 3.5-4 feet at my house, now...)

:roflmao: Yep, anyone in the cold north is thinking that's downright tropical. I can't wait! I'm definitely opening the windows if it's not raining.

When I lived in South Carolina, my neighbors thought my wife and I were crazy yankees because it would be in the 40's and we would be wearing wind breakers! They would have on winter coats.

Its all relative.:)
